These standoffs and screws are used for positioning and secure the image sensor inside most bullet and dome CCTV cameras.
Features:
Most of the industrial standard CCTV security cameras come with the mono-focal fixed-iris lenses due to cost and easy maintenance. All cameras are assembled with a specific set of standoffs and screws to provide the best optimal results by the camera manufacturers.
Installers often repair or upgrade their cameras by replacing components, such as, image sensor boards, IR illuminators, lenses, cables and camera casings. Due to different manufacturers and vary sizes of all the components, the installer usually have to fine tune and re focus the camera by changing the position of the image sensor inside the camera. Also, orbs caused by unwanted IR reflections and dark corners are the common problems in security surveillance cameras. Most of the above issues can be rectified by changing the spacing between the IR illuminator and the lens, or shifting the image sensor board inside the casing.
